Men's Mental Health
A lot of men come to therapy burnt out and quietly disconnected from their work, their relationships, and themselves. In today’s world, being a man can feel confusing caught between old-school ideas about toughness and control, and modern expectations to be fully open and emotionally fluent. Our work is a place to confront what’s beneath the surface of who you’ve been expected to be so you can move through life with more clarity, connection, and a stronger sense of who you are.
Addiction
(Substance + Behavioral)
I work with individuals struggling with substance abuse and compulsive behaviors related sex, infidelity, pornography, gambling, spending, and internet use. Addiction isn’t always loud or chaotic. It often comes with secrecy and shame. But addiction also carries meaning: signals of unmet needs, emotional pain, and most significantly, a desire for connection. Our therapy offers a space to examine these behaviors without judgment and understand what’s driving them, while creating meaningful and lasting change.
Creative + Business Professionals
High-achieving professionals, whether building companies or creating culture, carry a unique kind of pressure. The demand to perform and maintain a polished image can create a relentless and isolating drive that quietly wears on mental health and personal relationships. Our work gets underneath the surface and into the stress, self-doubt, and disconnection that often go unspoken. Therapy is a space to recalibrate and reclaim your authenticity, so your success becomes aligned with who you are and what you want to achieve.
