Robert McShane, AMFT

Robert is a lifelong resident of both Malibu and the Conejo Valley. Robert graduated from UCLA in 2009 and earned his Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2019, where he received his training at Beit T’Shuvah, a renowned residential addiction treatment center in Los Angeles.  Prior to his graduate work, Robert served as account manager and consultant to board members and C-suite leadership of Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Later, he co-founded and served as Head of Business Development at a company specializing in mobile app development for nonprofits.​ 

Beyond his clinical work, Robert has mentored Division 1 college athletes, aiding their transition into professional sports organizations. While living in New York from 2013 to 2016, he facilitated men's addiction groups at Rikers Island jail facility.
